Joseph Hansley

School: Colorado State
Position: WR
Positive: Three-year starter who posted a career-best 52 receptions for 613 yards as a sophomore. Senior totals included 6 TDs. Productive slot receiver who also offers possibilities returning punts. Quick, fires off the snap into pass routes and works hard to make himself an available target. Nicely adjusts to the errant throw, makes the reception in stride on crossing patterns and looks the ball into his hands. Plays faster than his 40 time and bigger than his listed size. Quickly transitions up the field running after the reception. Effective returning punts.
Negative: One speed receiver and lacks the deep burst. Despite his toughness, overmatched by bigger defensive backs.
Analysis: Hansley was moderately productive for Colorado State and is a special-teams prospect whose next level career will be determined by the return abilities he shows this summer.
