Jay Lee

School: Baylor
Position: WR
Positive: Two-year starter who posted 38 receptions for a career-best 758 yards and 8 TDs last year. Consistent underneath receiver with excellent size. Fights with his hands to separate from opponents, displays good eye/hand coordination and has a smooth, fluid style. Uses his frame to shield away defenders, makes the difficult catch in a crowd and works to pick up yardage running after the catch. Effectively makes the over the shoulder reception downfield at full speed. Gives effort blocking.
Negative: More of a one speed wide out. Unnecessarily lets the ball get inside him at times. Does not display himself as a natural hand catcher.
Analysis: Lee possesses the size to be a possession receiver at the next level and has flashed skill the past two seasons. Likely a late round pick, he could make a roster as a 4th or 5th wide out if he plays productive, consistent football this summer.
