Jonathan Williams

School: Arkansas
Position: RB
Positive: Two-year starter who posted a career-best 1190 rushing yards and 12 TDs as a junior. Missed the 2015 campaign after undergoing foot surgery. Nice sized ball carrier with a versatile game. Patiently waits for blocks to develop, will pick and choose his way on the inside and consistently runs North/South. Displays good vision, makes defenders miss in a small area and gets a lot of momentum going up the field,. Strong, breaks tackles and carries defenders for yards at a clip. Solid pass catcher out of the backfield.
Negative: Loses momentum changing direction and best running downhill. Ineffective as a cutback runner. Comes off a significant foot injury.
Analysis: Williams offers the size and running skill to be a rotational back or spot starter on Sunday if he gets back to full health and shows durability.
