Vad Lee

School: James Madison
Position: QB
Positive: Former starter at Georgia Tech awarded All-America honors the past two seasons at James Madison. Totaled 2190 yards and 21 touchdowns in 8 games last season. Athletic college signal caller with the ability to make plays with his arm or legs. Effectively commands the offense, displays next level arm strength and the ability to drive the ball down field. Puts speed on throws, displays a sense of timing and does not make receivers work hard to catch the ball. Patient in the pocket, buys time for pass catchers and to his credit does not make poor choices under the rush. Sells the ball fakes, can make all the passes and throws a catchable ball.
Negative: Stares down the primary target from the get-go and very slow moving his head or going through progressions. Seems to struggle seeing over the line.
Analysis: Lee was a solid college quarterback but the lack of height and inability to look away from primary targets hurts his next level potential.
