T.T. Barber

School: Middle Tennessee
Position: OLB
Positive: Four-year starter who led Middle Tennessee in tackles since his sophomore season when he posted a career-best 119. Undersized run and chase linebacker who gets the most from his ability. Explosive, flies around the ball and go sideline to sideline making plays. Fires up the field in run defense, wraps up ball handlers and plays through the whistle. Instinctive, stays with coverage assignments and shows skill against the pass.
Negative: Undersized and forced to run around blocks rather than take them head-on. Short and overmatched in coverage.
Analysis: Barber was a productive college linebacker but has size limitations. He offers possibilities as a one gap defender or possibly on the inside of a 34 alignment if he plays well on special teams.
