Cre'Von Leblanc

School: Florida Atlantic
Position: CB
Positive: Full-time starter the past two seasons who posted a career-best 4 INT's and 11 PBUs as a senior. Also added 43 tackles after 71 tackles as a junior. Short but feisty cornerback with solid ball skills. Gets his hands into opponents, fights throughout the route and effectively to locates the pass in the air while running downfield. Correctly reads or diagnoses the action, instinctive and does not bite on play action passes. Stays on the receivers hip out of breaks, shows good route recognition in zone coverage and consistently plays heads-up football. Works hard to defend the run.
Negative: Lacks size and loses out in battles. Must improve his footwork as he prefers to side shuffle down the field rather than backpedal.
Analysis: LeBlanc was a consistent college corner and a prospect who could lineup in dime packages and play special teams on Sunday.
