Victor Dean

School: x-Portland State
Position: WR
Bio: Transferred to Portland State after being dismissed from Fresno State and posted 23 receptions, 521 yards and 7 TDs in 2013. Did not play football at PSU last season.
Positive: Physically gifted receiver who controls the action when focused on the task at hand. Big-bodied target, physically beats down opponents and wins out for contested passes. Displays good eye/hand coordination, extends his hands and snatches the pass away from his frame. Shows a sense of timing, nicely adjusts to errant throws and gets over defenders to win out for the high pass.
Negative: Lazily releases off the snap. Does not always compete to make the difficult catch. Marginal production and a limited body of work.
Analysis: Dean is a talented athlete with numerous off the field issues which slowed his development as an NFL prospect.
