Tre McBride

School: William & Mary
Position: WR
Bio: Three-year starter awarded All-conference honors as both a receiver and return specialist. Senior receiving totals included 64 receptions, 809 yards and 4 TDs.
Positive: Nice-sized receiver with the ability to stretch the field and break games open. Smooth, fluid and fast. Quickly releases off the line of scrimmage, immediately gets to top speed and runs sharp pass routes. Nicely adjusts to errant throws, plays with outstanding balance as well as body control and extends to grab the high throw from the air. Possesses soft and strong hands, has a terrific burst and effective running reverses.
Negative: Sized well but does not play like a 200-pound receiver. Gives poor effort blocking. Finishes plays by running out of bounds. Unnecessarily lets passes get inside him at times.
Analysis: McBride is a game-breaking skill player and a threat to score anytime the ball is in his hands. He comes with a ton of upside but must start to do the little things well and pick up the physicality of his game.
