Rannell Hall

School: Central Florida
Position: WR
Bio: Three-year starter who battled through an injury-plagued senior campaign. All-conference selection as both a receiver and return specialist.
Positive: Big and consistent receiver who helps out in the return game. Plays with a lot of quickness, comes back to the ball out of breaks and displays good eye/hand coordination. Sells routes, displays a sense of timing and focus. Nicely makes receptions in stride even when defenders are draped on him. Possesses a burst that he turns on in a single step, works running after the catch and keeps the play in bounds. Plays with outstanding body control.
Negative: Struggles in battles and loses out for contested passes. Not a true deep threat and lacks the second gear.
Analysis: Hall was a consistent receiver when fully healthy and possesses the talent to line up as a 5th receiver/return specialist at the next level.
