Kevonte Martin-Manley

School: Iowa
Position: WR
Bio: Three-year starter who totaled 52 receptions for 517 yards and 2 TDs as a senior, numbers almost identical from his sophomore campaign. Experienced punt and kick returner.
Positive: Nice-sized possession receiver best in underneath coverage. Sells routes, effectively uses his hands to separate from opponents and plays with focus and concentration. Easily makes receptions running crossing routes, looks passes into his hands and uses his frame to shield away opponents. Gives effort blocking downfield.
Negative: One-speed receiver without a burst. Poor route runner, slow getting into breaks then floats on exit.
Analysis: Martin-Manley was a dependable receiver at Iowa but lacks any single outstanding characteristic for the next level but has enough skill to make a roster as a fifth receiver/return specialist.
