Kasen Williams

School: Washington
Position: WR
Bio: Three-year starter who posted career-best numbers of 77 receptions, 878 yards and 6 TDs as a sophomore. Played in eight games as a junior posting 29 receptions before suffering a serious leg injury. Totaled 20 receptions as a senior.
Positive: One-time highly thought of receiver prospect who struggled to regain form off his gruesome injury of 2013. Sized well, uses his frame to shield away defenders and makes the difficult reception. Extends his hands making the catch away from his frame, snatches the ball from the air and works to pick up yardage running after the reception. Willing and effective downfield blocker.
Negative: Lacks overall quickness and struggles to separate from defenders out of breaks. One-speed receiver. Never regained form since his injury from 2013 and has looked a fraction of his former self.
Analysis: Williams possesses the size, speed and previously showed the form to line up as a #2 receiver but his development was all but halted by the leg injury. He now moves towards the next level as a medical risk.
