Andre Davis

School: South Florida
Position: WR
Bio: Three-year starter who missed four games last season with a sternum injury. Finished the year with a career-best seven TDs.
Positive: Smooth receiver who plays faster than his 40 time. Plays with a lot of quickness, easily adjusts to errant throws and effortlessly makes receptions in stride. Looks the ball into his hands, displays good eye/hand coordination and comes back to the ball out of breaks. Nicely tracks the deep pass and effectively times receptions.
Negative: Does not play physical football and loses out in battles. Lacks deep speed and doesn't have good size.
Analysis: Davis was a consistent receiver on the college level but never a dominant player. He offers possibilities as an underneath receiver in a West Coast or timing offense but must pick up the physicality of his game to play on Sundays.
