Reggie Whatley

School: Middle Tennessee
Position: RB
Bio: Part-time starter the past two seasons who posted a career-best and team-leading 767 yards rushing and 7 TDs last year.
Positive: Small but quick runner who creates yardage. Runs with good lean, easily changes direction without losing momentum and immediately gets to top speed. Displays the speed and agility necessary to turn the corner, shows a burst through the hole and keeps his feet moving on contact. Plays bigger than his listed size and breaks arm tackles.
Negative: Lacks running balance. Not a smooth cutback runner. Has size limitations. Minimally productive as a receiver.
Analysis: Whatley is a hard-working college running back with solid speed but lacks the size and versatility to play at the next level.
