Keon Williams

School: Tenn-Chattanooga
Position: RB
Bio: Two-year starter who finished with a career-best 1037 yards rushing and 14 TDs last season.
Positive: Nice sized interior ball carrier with solid short area quickness. Patiently waits for blocks to develop, shows strength in his lower body and falls forward when tackled. Helps the quarterback sell ball fakes, squares into opponents and takes them from the action. Makes defenders miss in the short field. Has a burst through the hole and is tough to bring down.
Negative: Must improve his ball security. One-speed back who cannot beat opponents into the open field. Marginal production as a pass catcher.
Analysis: Williams is a solid short-yardage running back effective on third-down or goal-line situations.
