Dominique Brown

School: Louisville
Position: RB
Bio: Carried the ball just 96 times for 378 yards as a senior after leading Louisville with 825 yards and eight TDs the prior year.
Positive: Well-sized ball carrier with a versatile game. Patient, shows good vision and does a terrific job following blocks. Displays a burst through the hole, competent as a receiver out of the backfield and a consistent hand catcher. Falls forward when tackled. Sees the blitz, squares into defenders protecting the quarterback and picks up blocking assignments.
Negative: Not an elusive runner who makes defenders miss. More of a one speed ball carrier and gets tall in his running.
Analysis: Brown is a solid interior runner also effective as a receiver out of the backfield. He's displayed flashes throughout his college career and could make a roster as a short-yardage runner.
