Bryan Bennett

School: Southeastern Louisiana
Position: QB
Bio: Oregon transfer who started the past two seasons for Southeastern Louisiana. Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2014 after 2357 passing yards and 18 TDs as well as 669 yards on the ground with 15 more scores.
Positive: Athletic quarterback with a next-level arm. Moves well in the pocket, easily gets outside the box to make throws and shows the ability to pick up yardage carrying the ball. Sells ball fakes, knows where his receivers are and always in control the situation. Remains poised under pressure, relatively accurate and does not make receivers work to catch the ball. Displays a sense of timing and good wherewithal.
Negative: Loses a lot of velocity and accuracy throwing on the move. Does not display a quick release. At times predetermines where he's going to throw the ball regardless of whether or not the target is covered.
Analysis: Bennett comes off two productive years on the small-school level and possesses the physical skills and arm strength for a West Coast or timing offense.
