Al Bond

School: Memphis
Position: G
Bio: Three-year starter awarded All-conference honors as a senior. Lined up at both tackle and guard.
Positive: Underrated offensive line prospect best as a run blocker. Blocks with solid fundamentals., strong at the point of attack and effective in motion. Sets with a wide base, stays square and keeps the defender in front of him. Keeps his head on a swivel and is always looking for someone to hit.
Negative: Gets tall in pass protection. Displays average skill sliding in space. Struggles readjusting or getting a pad on blitzes.
Analysis: Bond is a well-built blocker best in a small area and offers potential as a backup guard who may be able to see action as a spot starter.
