B.J. Larsen

School: Utah State
Position: DE
Bio: Two-year starter awarded all-conference honors since his junior season. Totals last year included 37 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss and 9 sacks after 31/8/4 the prior year.
Positive: Intense defensive lineman who plays with excellent quickness. Fluid moving about the field, flows laterally down the line of scrimmage and chases the action hard. Works his hands to protect himself and shows a variety of moves getting off blocks. Deceptively strong in his lower body and keeps his feet moving on contact.
Negative: Does not play with good pad level and makes himself an easy target for opponents. Stood up at the line of scrimmage. Easily steered from the action by a single blocker.
Analysis: Larsen was a high-intensity performer on the college level but lacks the size, speed and athleticism to get out of camp this summer.
