Donald Celiscar

School: Western Michigan
Position: CB
Bio: Three-year starter awarded All-conference honors the past two seasons, intercepting three passes during each campaign.
Positive: Physical and aggressive cornerback well-versed in all areas of the game. Works hard to get off blocks, makes his way up the field and willingly defend the run. Wraps up when tackling and throws his body around the field. Displays a feel for coverage, has a burst to the ball out and outmuscles opponents to defend the throw. Keeps the action in front of him, remains disciplined in zone coverage and quickly locates the ball in the air. Displays the ability to stay on the receiver's hip out of breaks. Used as a return specialist.
Negative: Lacks the quick and fluid backpedal. May be a liability in downfield coverage.
Analysis: Celiscar is an underrated prospect with solid ball skills as well as a willingness to defend the run or screen passes. Despite lacking elite physical skills, he has potential as a dime back/special teams player at the next level.
