Terrill Barnes

School: Indiana-PA
Position: WR
Positive: Junior-college transfer and team-leading receiver the past two years. Comes back to the ball make himself an available target, displays consistent hands, and shows the ability to pluck the pass from the air. Has a long build, makes the difficult reception in contorted positions, and extends in order to come away with the tough catch. Gives effort blocking.
Negative: Lacks a smooth release off the line of scrimmage, does not display a burst, and minimally effective running after the catch. Inconsistent in all areas of his position. Loses out in battles and does not show consistent concentration.
Analysis: Barnes has shown improvement the past two seasons but is still rough around the edges. He possesses the size and skill necessary to be a fifth receiver but must elevate every aspect of his game this summer to get consideration on a practice squad.
