Josh Aladenoye

School: Illinois State
Position: T
Positive: Oklahoma transfer who's started the past two years at right and left tackle for Illinois State. Small-area blocker best for the running game. Stays square, quickly gets his hands into defenders, and out positions or drives them from the play. Keeps his head on a swivel, shows good awareness as well as blocking vision. Has a thick lower body, keeps his feet moving on contact, and works to bend his knees.
Negative: Lacks agility, lateral blocking range, and struggles to finish blocks. Possesses average blocking balance and tends to fall off blocks.
Analysis: Aladenoye was solid and consistent at Illinois State but is an average athlete with limited upside. He's a practice squad prospect who could find a home at right guard or tackle.
