Cameron Fleming

School: Stanford
Position: T
Positive: Three-year starter at right tackle awarded all-conference honors last season. Underrated tackle prospect with upside. Blocks with good lean, quickly sets up off the snap, and anchors in pass protection. Fluid getting out to the second level, squares into linebackers, and seals them from the action. Better than average footwork off the edge. effectively gets his hands into opponents and steers them from the action. Strong and gets movement in run blocking.
Negative: Inconsistent in all areas of his game. Overextends into blocks, which hurts his balance and ability to finish. Does not sink his butt at the line or consistently play with proper knee bend. Haphazard in his movement.
Analysis: Fleming was the unheralded lineman at Stanford, but a prospect with legitimate next-level potential. He offers the strength to play right tackle, as well as the footwork to get consideration on the weakside. Fleming should only get better as he physically matures and polishes his game.
