Sam Ojuri

School: North Dakota State
Position: RB
Positive: Underrated runner effective in all areas of the position. Patient, waits for blocks to develop, and displays outstanding vision. Has a burst through the hole, works runs, and uses an effective straight arm to keep plays alive. Keeps his feet moving on contact, runs hard, and finds his way through the trash to pick up yardage. Effectively uses blocks everywhere. Helps the quarterback sell ball fakes. Terrific receiver out of the backfield who makes catches with his hands. Sees the blitz, picks up assignments, and shows skill in pass protection.
Negative: Lacks the speed to beat defenders around the corner. Possesses nice size but not a true grinder for the next level.
Analysis: Ojuri is an underrated runner who shows terrific football skills as well as leadership. Though not great in any single aspect he displays ability in all areas of the position and could be worthy as a backup at the next level.
