Cameron Gordon

School: Michigan
Position: OLB
Positive: Lined up at both defensive end, outside linebacker and safety for Michigan. Posted career totals of 44 sacks and 7.5 tackles for loss as a senior when he started two games. Athletic defensive prospect with possibilities at several positions. Displays good movement skills, collapses down the line of scrimmage, and shows tremendous quickness. Easily changes direction and immediately alters his angle of attack to pursue the action. Stands up over tackle in a 3-4 alignment and shows skill as a pass rusher.
Negative: Not smooth or fluid moving in reverse. Marginally instinctive and does more chasing rather than playmaking.
Analysis: Gordon flashed skill throughout his college career and for the most part is better making plays moving forwards then in reverse. He comes with average size and speed but could line up as a situational pass rush specialist at the next level.
