Conor Boffeli

School: Iowa
Position: G
Positive: Moved into the starting position on a full-time basis last season after rotating into the lineup the prior two years. Used at both center and guard for Iowa. Developing blocker with size and athleticism. Plays with quickness, moves well on his feet, and immediately gets across the line of scrimmage blocking on the move. Quick out to the second level, easily redirects to linebackers, and removes opponents from the action. Displays good hand punch and keeps his feet active throughout the play. Works well with teammates, keeps his head on a swivel, and plays hard through the whistle.
Negative: Possesses average strength, gets minimal movement in run blocking, and overwhelmed by larger opponents. Rarely finishes blocks.
Analysis: Boffeli's game took off last season and enters the draft as a versatile offensive line prospect with upside potential. He offers possibilities at guard or center for a zone-blocking system.
