Charles Leno

School: Boise State
Position: G
Positive: Three-year starter who played the past two seasons at left tackle after lining up at right tackle as a sophomore. Athletic and efficient college tackle who projects to guard in the NFL. Stays square. Displays good foot quickness and movement in pass protection. Strong at the point, seals defenders from the action and works his hands throughout the play. Sets with a wide base, bends his knees and gets leverage on opponents. Has long arms, which he uses to knock defenders from their angle of attack.
Negative: Average run blocking strength and really does not get a lot of movement. Lacks the dominant base.
Analysis: Leno was durable and productive at Boise sSate and possesses the underlying skills to play guard in a variety of blocking schemes at the next level.
