Terrence Fede

School: Marist
Position: DE
Positive: Three-year starter awarded all-America honors last season after 59 tackles, 18 tackles for loss and 13 sacks. Totaled 9 sacks and 12.5 tackles for loss as a junior. Well sized defensive end who flashed dominance on the small school level. Displays power in his game, slices inside of blocks or bulrushes opponents off the line scrimmage. Easily redirects to plays or immediately alters his angle of attack. Displays a good inside move and consistently behind the line of scrimmage disrupting the action. Stays with the action and plays with a vicious attitude. To his credit relatively instinctive and quickly locates the ball handler.
Negative: Plays tall with limited leverage and makes himself an easy target for blockers. Despite his forty time displays an average closing burst. Inconsistent get off at the snap of the ball and at times seems stuck in his stance.
Analysis: A small school prospect with terrific size/speed numbers, Fede comes with a good degree of upside and is worth consideration on a practice squad this fall.
