Dillon Farrell

School: New Mexico
Position: C
Positive: Two-year starting center who also played six games with the first team at right tackle as a sophomore. Underrated blocker on the pivot with upside to his game. Strong, explosive at the point, and gets movement as a run blocker. Fires off the snap, stays square, and is a solid position blocker who seals defenders from the game from the play. Keeps his feet and hands active throughout the action, effectively places his hands into opponents and steers them from the play. Stays with blocks and works through the whistle.
Negative: Overextends into blocks on occasion. Not a true finisher. Average skill in motion.
Analysis: Farrell was a durable center and possesses both size as well as growth potential. He's a practice-squad prospect with down-the-road possibilities.
