Tracey Lampley

School: Southern Mississippi
Position: WR
Bio: Led Southern Mississippi in receiving as a senior, totaling 25 receptions and 330 receiving yards. All-Conference return specialist in 2011, when he averaged 11.5 yards on 31 punt returns with one score. Lined up at both receiver and running back for Southern Mississippi.
Positive: Small but explosive skill player with the ability to break games open. Shows a tremendous amount of quickness, has a burst which he turns on in a single step and is effective running after the catch. Improved at receiver last season and, for the most part, consistently caught the ball with his hands. Quickly transitions from making the catch to running after receptions. Very effective in the open field.
Negative: Undersized and loses out in battles. Struggled with a knee injury and turf toe as a senior.
Analysis: Lampley is a game-breaking receiver, ballcarrier, and return specialist with the potential to make a roster as a multipurpose player.
