Tavarres King

School: Georgia
Position: WR
Bio: Full-time starter the past two seasons totaling 42 receptions/950 yards/9 TDs as a senior after 47/705/8 the prior year. Started five games as a sophomore finishing with 27/504/3.
Positive: Reliable receiver with consistent hands. Displays good focus and concentration, uses his frame to shield away opponents and consistently extends to make receptions away from his body. Works his hands to separate from defenders, sells pass routes, and effectively uses the sidelines. Gets up in a crowd and contorts to make the difficult reception. Keeps the play in bounds running after the catch. Sneaky fast and finds a way to get behind the defense.
Negative: Rounds off routes and shows limited sharpness into breaks. Must turn up the intensity as a blocker. Does not display a downfield burst.
Analysis: King has been a reliable receiver since his sophomore season and consistently elevated his game. He offers nice size, deceptive speed, and could lineup as a fourth receiver at the next level.
