Cody Wilson

School: Central Michigan
Position: WR
Bio: Full-time starter the past two seasons after seeing sporadic action with the first-team during his freshman and sophomore campaigns. Senior totals included 64 receptions/739 yards/2 TDs after 48/526/3 as a junior. Career totals of 83/1137/5 came during his sophomore campaign. Returned punts and kicks early in his Central Michigan career.
Positive: Reliable pass catcher who consistently comes away with difficult receptions. Comes back to the ball out of breaks, extends his hands, and offers the quarterback a target. Works hard to come free, effectively uses his frame to protect the pass, then makes difficult receptions in contorted positions. Keeps the play in bounds trying to pick up positive yardage whenever the ball is in his hands.
Negative: One-speed receiver who is not a downfield threat. Average size for a possession wideout.
Analysis: Wilson lacks great measurables for the next level yet does the little things well and is a receiver who can double as a return specialist.
