Positive: Big, strong offensive tackle with a versatile game. Bends his knees, plays with leverage, and stays square. Displays better than average footwork sliding off the edge. Plays with good lean and anchors in pass protection. Blocks with a nasty attitude, gets movement as a run blocker, and works hard to finish off defenders.
Negative: Lumbers around the field and is minimally effective blocking in motion. Must do a better job correctly placing his hands into defenders.
Analysis: Mills is an offensive tackle prospect on the rise and possesses both the strength and footwork to hold down a starting job in the NFL. He needs to polish his game but comes with upside and should see action early in his professional career.
