Chris Faulk

School: LSU
Position: T
Bio: Played in just one game last season after suffering a season-ending knee injury in early September. Started 13 times at left tackle as a sophomore in 2011 after starting two games at right tackle as a redshirt freshman.
Positive: Large, rumbling tackle best in confined quarters. Sets with a wide base, stays square, and keeps the defender in front of him. Strong, easily turns opponents from the ball, and finishes blocks. Patient in pass protection, quick, and explosive at the point. Knocks defenders back with violent hand punch and plays with leverage.
Negative: Lacks the footwork necessary to stay at left tackle. Struggles blocking in motion. Must improve his blocking balance.
Analysis: Faulk is a size prospect who showed flashes of ability in college but made the wrong decision by entering the draft off his knee injury. He's a right tackle prospect who needs a lot of work.
