George Winn

School: Cincinnati
Position: RB
Bio: All-Conference selection as a senior after moving into the starting lineup and finishing with career numbers of 243 carries/1334 yards/13 TDs on the ground. Also added 15 receptions for 128 yards.
Positive: Skilled ballcarrier with an underrated game. Displays good vision, finds the running lanes, and has a burst through the hole. Keeps his feet moving on contact, displays solid quickness, and grinds it out on the inside. Falls forward when tackled to pick up the extra yardage. Solid pass catcher out of the backfield. Effectively picks up blocking assignments, seeing the blitz then squaring into defenders.
Negative: Lacks the speed necessary to turn the corner. Not a strong ballcarrier who will move the pile.
Analysis: After being used in a reserve role in 2011, Winn took hold of the starting job as a senior and watched his game take off. He offers versatility as a ballcarrier, blocker, and receiver and could sneak onto a roster as a situational player.
