Travis Frederick

School: Wisconsin
Position: C
Bio: Two-year starter at both guard and center. Awarded all-Conference honors since his junior season.
Positive: Powerful and versatile offensive lineman with a well-balanced game. Bends his knees and is strong at the point of attack. Turns defenders off the ball, blocks down well on opponents, and shows power as a run blocker. Keeps his head on a swivel, works well with teammates, and always looks for someone to hit. Easily anchors in pass protection while displaying the ability to get out to the second level and block in motion.
Negative: Gets twisted, falls off blocks, and must improve his playing balance. Struggles immediately readjusting to defenders and doesn E(TM)t play with great agility.
Analysis: Frederick is a dominant blocker who can line-up at guard or center in the NFL. He's a power lineman who possesses enough movement skills to be used in a zone-blocking system and should quickly break into a starting line-up at the next level.
