Braden Hansen

School: BYU
Position: C
Bio: Three-year starter who lined up at guard and center.
Positive: Tough, small area lineman with limited upside for the next level. Stays square, gets his hands into defenders, and steers opponents from the action. Keeps his head on a swivel, displays good awareness, and attacks assignments. Effective with the shotgun snap.
Negative: Marginal athlete who lacks movement skills and shows stiffness in his game. Lumbers about the field. Lacks dominant lower-body power and doesn E(TM)t get much movement run blocking.
Analysis: Hansen was a solid blocker for BYU, yet is a limited athlete who truly doesn E(TM)t fit any scheme in the NFL. The ability to play any of the three interior positions on the offensive line could help him catch on as an inexpensive utility blocker.
