Ken Plue

School: Purdue
Position: G
Bio: Moved into the starting lineup at Purdue during his freshman season and stayed there the following two years. Struggled with issues both on and off the field in 2011, which eventually cost him the starting job.
Positive: Massive blocker who's displayed a lot of ability in the past. Strong, keeps his feet and hands active throughout the action and easily anchors at the point of attack. Plays with a good degree of quickness, drives opponents off the line when run blocking and gives effort. Better than average movement skills for a large lineman. Displays surprising ability pulling across the line of scrimmage or getting out front as a lead blocker.
Negative: Lacks agility, which hurts his ability to finish blocks. Lacks top footwork in space.
Analysis: Plue is a talented lineman who's been on our radar screen since his freshman season. He stands out on film due to his physical stature and ability to dominate the opposition. He has the potential to grow into a productive power blocking lineman if he gets his game back on track.
