J.C. Oram

School: Weber State
Position: G
Bio: Four-year starter awarded all-conference honors since his freshman season and named to numerous All-American teams the past two years.
Positive: Tough position blocker who is best in a small area. Plays with a nasty attitude and is always looking for someone to hit. Stays square and turns defenders from the line. Stays with assignments, possesses solid body strength and controls opponents once engaged at the point. Keeps his head on a swivel and works well with teammates.
Negative: Heavy footed, lacks lateral blocking range and minimally effective blocking in motion. Gets tall in his blocking, loses leverage and struggles to hold the point.
Analysis: Oram was tremendously productive on the college level yet lacks the physical skills for the NFL. He could catch on as a team E(TM)s ninth offensive lineman if he excels on special teams.
