Kheeston Randall

School: Texas
Position: DT
Bio: Three-year starter awarded all-conference honors as a senior with totals of 34 tackles/5 tackles for loss/1 sack. Junior numbers included 39/13/1.
Positive: Nice-sized interior lineman who has flashed ability since his sophomore season. Gets leverage on opponents, keeps his feet moving on contact and displays the ability to knock opponents off the line. Strong in his lower body, smooth changing direction and consistently focused on by opponents. Occupies a lot of space, tough to move off the point and holds his ground.
Negative: Not fluid when asked to twist or stunt. Lacks a closing burst to the action. Comes off a disappointing senior season.
Analysis: At the top of his game, Randall is a solid prospect who can be used at a variety of interior positions on the defensive line. He possesses the size and skill to start at the next level but must quickly elevate his game and meet the expectations placed upon him.
