Bio: Full-time starter as a senior after seeing sporadic action with the first team during his junior and sophomore campaigns.
Positive: Tall, small area blocker with development potential. Makes good use of angles, active with his hands, and attacks assignments. Flashes power at the point of attack, easily turn defenders off the line, and rides them from plays with good hand punch.
Negative: Lacks good footwork, struggles sliding in space, and exploited by athletic opponents. Gets minimal movement run blocking.
Analysis: Palmer is a well-sized lineman with growth potential, and he is someone who should improve as he eventually adds bulk and strength to his frame.
