Will Hill

School: Florida
Position: S
Bio: Posted 54/2/1 as a junior when he moved into the starting lineup on a full-time basis. Sophomore totals included 42 tackles when he made five starts.
Positive: Imposing safety who flashes skill yet shows a lot of inconsistency on the field. Can be an intimidating force over the middle and is aggressive and explosive at the point. Lays his shoulders into ball carriers and is a hard hitter. Fast up the field and has recovery speed.
Negative: Does not always take proper angles to the action. Lacks a quick and fluid backpedal. Late getting to the sidelines in coverage. Slow to react. Has character concerns.
Analysis: Hill is a physical specimen yet has shown limited consistency and ball skills on the field. He could be a good fit as a strong safety, but he really must improve his coverage skills to have any chance of being a productive player in the NFL.
