Rajric Coleman

School: Utah State
Position: S
Bio: Junior college transfer who started the past seasons. Senior totals included 55/3/2 after 74/2/5 as a junior.
Positive: Athletically gifted defensive back whose game did not improve as a senior. Displays speed out to the flanks, covers a large amount of area in center field and effectively helps out cornerbacks. Displays the ability to drive to the action from his plant, shows an adequate closing burst, and gets vertical to defend passes. Fluid turning his hips and smooth moving about the field.
Negative: Slow and mechanical pedaling in reverse. Inefficient and does not take proper angles to the action. Hesitant to react at times. Not a reliable or strong tackler.
Analysis: After a terrific junior campaign, Coleman did not improve as a senior and moves toward the draft with a lot of questions. He possesses good size/speed numbers and previously showed the skills on the field to make a roster as a dime back.
