Bio: Two-year starter who finished with 39 tackles and broke up one pass as a senior. Had 70 tackles as a junior.
Positive: Adequately sized defensive back coming off a poor senior season. Effectively diagnoses the action, displays a sense of timing, and has a solid burst of closing speed in every direction. Fast up the field, aggressive defending the run, and shows ability as an open-field tackler.
Negative: Lacks the size to play safety. Has marginal ball skills. Does not make many plays on the ball in coverage.
Analysis: Ibiloye displayed a lot of progress in his game during his junior season of 2009. He did not perform up to expectations last season but has enough skill to be used in dime packages at the next level if he plays well on special teams.
