Taylor Harris

School: West Texas A&M
Position: QB
Bio: Two-year starter who finished with 62.2%/4806/38/18 as a senior after junior totals of 65.3%/3738/22/12.
Positive: Ultra-productive small school signal caller with a good feel for the position. Patient in the pocket, buys time, and takes a hit in order to get the throw away. For the most part goes through receiver progressions, knows where his targets are on the field, and is in control of the situation. Looks away from covered receivers, possesses a relatively quick release, and shows accuracy on short and intermediate passes.
Negative: Constantly high of the mark and has receivers reaching vertically to grab passes. Struggles with touch passes. Works primarily out of the shotgun. Statistics are padded from the four-receiver passing offense he played in.
Analysis: Harris is a solid timing passer who will need a lot of work on his overall game to ever make an active roster in the NFL.
