Dan Bailey

School: Oklahoma State
Position: P
Bio: All-Conference selection as a senior and named Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Year in 2010. Made 87.1% of his field goals with a long of 52 yards as a senior. Connected on 3-of-4 from 50 yards or longer. Made 72.2% of his field goals with a long of 51 yards as a junior. Not used as Oklahoma State's primary kickoff man.
Positive: Accurate field goal kicker coming off a career-best season. Gets immediate lift on field goals, accurate, and can kick in a clutch. Occasionally asked to punt and gets good hang time.
Negative: Lacks a big-time leg. Struggles getting his kickoffs to the opponents' 10-yard line. Takes a while to get the ball off his foot as a punter.
Analysis: Bailey was a solid player at Oklahoma State but lacks the physical skills to be an NFL kicker.
