Positive: Athletic linebacker who is fluid moving about the field. Gets depth on pass drops, stays with assignments, and covers a lot of area. Shows speed sideline to sideline, is effective in pursuit, and easily changes direction or alters his angle of attack. Breaks down well, uses his hands to protect himself, and quickly closes to the action.
Negative: Undersized and struggles handling blocks. Has average skills in coverage. Coming off a disappointing senior season.
Analysis: Bey is a solid weak side linebacker prospect who can be used as a backup in a one-gap system and on special teams.
