Chris Stewart

School: Notre Dame
Position: G
Bio: Former defensive lineman who moved to the offensive side of the ball then started the next three seasons at both guard and tackle.
Positive: Strong, wide-bodied blocker who has displayed the ability to dominate the opposition. Gets his hands into defenders, easily anchors in pass protection, and gets movement run blocking. Stays square, turns opponents off the ball, and blocks with a nasty attitude. Displays violent punch with his hands and is tough to get around. Keeps his head on a swivel.
Negative: Lacks agility and footwork in space. Not a natural knee bender.
Analysis: Stewart possesses outstanding size and offers the strength to match. He's a wide-bodied blocker who can control the opposition once he gets his hands on them. He must learn to do the little things well, properly condition himself, and play hard for sixty minutes to have any chance of making an NFL roster.
