Bio: Started at guard the last three years.
Positive: Smallish yet fluid lineman effective in motion. Quick off the snap, immediately gets his hands into defenders, and plays with explosiveness. Effective pulling across the line of scrimmage, displays good movement skills, and has the ability to get out on the second level and block in motion. Squares into defenders and takes them from the action. Blocks with good knee bend.
Negative: Marginally strong at the point and struggles to finish blocks. Does not play with a nasty attitude.
Analysis: Isom is an adequately sized lineman whose ability to block in motion stands out on film. He offers the tools to be a reserve in a zone blocking scheme at the next level if he improves his playing strength.
