Andrew Jackson

School: Fresno State
Position: G
Bio: Three-year starter awarded all-Conference honors after his sophomore and junior seasons. Missed almost his entire senior campaign with an ankle injury.
Positive: Adequately sized lineman who shows ability as a position blocker. Stays square, jolts defenders at the point of attack, and seals them from the action. Keeps his head on a swivel. Bends his knees and gets leverage on opponents, controlling them once engaged at the point of attack.
Negative: Marginally effective in motion. Not a dominant lineman and must improve his playing strength.
Analysis: Jackson was highly rated coming into the season, but an ankle injury kept him on the sidelines for most of the year. He lacks great athleticism but has enough skill to backup at the next level.
