Positive: Hardworking lineman with limited upside. Stays square, works to bend his knees, and keeps his head on a swivel. Fights with his hands throughout the action and is strong at the point of attack. Controls opponents once engaged in a block.
Negative: Lumbers around the field and is not light on his feet. Struggles to adjust. Lacks good footwork in space.
Analysis: Pelc was productive and durable on the college level yet is a marginal athlete who lacks the physical skills for the next level. Getting the most from his abilities, he could make it as an inexpensive backup based on his versatility to play either guard spot.
